Craig Wentworth is Chief Executive Officer at Austin Rubber Company. Mr. Wentworth has over 24 years of experience overseeing operations and facilities management primarily in the oil and gas industry. Mr. Wentworth is responsible for overall management, company growth and taking Austin Rubber to the next phase of manufacturing.

Prior to joining Austin Rubber, Mr. Wentworth has served as Chief Operating Officer at Austin Rubber, Midstream Manager and Plant Superintendent at XTO Energy, General Manager at The Hanover Company, President at T.H. Russell Company and Vice President at CB&I Howe-Baker.

Mr. Wentworth received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Technical Education with an Electronics Specialization from the Oklahoma State University. In addition, Mr. Wentworth received certification as a Licensed Professional Engineer in Electrical Engineering from both the State of Oklahoma and State of Utah.


Donald R. Drew is President at Austin Rubber Company.

Over his career, Mr. Drew has been Chief Operating Officer of an energy technology development company, Managing Member of a commercial real estate fund, Chief Operating Officer of a civil engineering firm, Chief Operating Officer of a real estate development firm, and Senior Vice President of Loan Origination for Criimi Mae Inc., managing six national production offices. He has also held numerous senior positions in the banking industry.

Mr. Drew holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Shepherd College located in Shepherdstown, West Virginia and a Master of Business Administration and Finance Degree from the American University located in Washington, D.C.


Shahram Shafie is Vice President of Technology at Austin Rubber Company. Mr. Shafie has extensive industrial experience in the fields of chemical and petro-chemical processing and design. Mr. Shafie’s fields of expertise include chemical reaction engineering, process systems engineering, energy resources conversion and metabolic engineering and biotechnology.

Previously, Mr. Shafie co-founded an energy-based technology development company, was a consultant to the U.S. Government, specializing in the development of agricultural value-added businesses and food industry projects in Central Asian countries, and served as a chemical engineer and process designer for several major international oil and gas companies. Mr. Shafie also worked as a design engineer for B.F. Goodrich Tires.

Mr. Shafie received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical Engineering with additional graduate studies in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at Kansas State University. He has more than 30 national and international technical refereed journal articles and presentations and is credited with several U.S. and International patents.

Stephen Lautenschlager is Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Austin Rubber Company. Mr. Lautenschlager has over 15 years C-Level experience overseeing operations and sales in the custom mixed rubber and engineered elastomers industry. Mr. Lautenschlager is responsible for the oversight, execution and overall management of sales as well as taking Austin Rubber to new levels of client engagement.

Prior to joining Austin Rubber, Mr. Lautenschlager held various positions in the engineered elastomer industry including Chief Operating Officer at Mitchell Rubber Products, Chief Operating Officer at Esterline Kirkhill/TA and Global Vice President at Channell Commercial Corporation.

Mr. Lautenschlager attended Northwestern University’s prestigious Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Received a Master of Science Degree from Oregon State University and a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Bethany University. During his career he has received numerous business leadership and supplier excellence awards as well as recognitions in leadership & culture, operational excellence, and workforce development.

Tony Ferguson is Vice President of Business Development at Austin Rubber Company. Mr. Ferguson is responsible to expand client base in existing market segments, identify new product market opportunities and provide technical sales support at Austin Rubber.

Prior to his appointment at Austin Rubber, Mr. Ferguson served as Vice President of Technology Development at Green Source Holdings LLC, the parent company of Austin Rubber. Prior to this, Mr. Ferguson was Senior Engineer at an energy-based technology development company, Senior Product Engineer at a software development and consulting firm, Business Analyst at a real estate investment company and Microelectromechanical Systems (MEMS) Engineer at the U.S. Army Research Laboratory.

Mr. Ferguson received a Bachelor of Science Degree and Master of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland in College Park.
